SMOKE CURTAIN

Our automatic smoke curtain comprised of fire resistant barrier encased in G.I housing. The fabric will be descent via gravity drop when the fire alarm is activated and form as physical smoke barrier.

Material Housing – Galvanised steel sheet (thickness 1.2mm)
Roller – Steel roller with 1mm thickness, up to 6m length
Motor – Gravity fail-safe tubular motor
Fabric – Normal weight of 0.5kg.m2 coated with silica and stitched using stainless steel thread
Bottom Bar – 3mm thickness extruded aluminium right-angled triangular profile
Operating Performances 1,000 continuous cycles at stable power source
50 continuous cycles at battery source
Fire Resistance Resistancy to hot smoke at 600°C for 120 minutes
Battery Backup Remain at retracted position for 30min, before descending to activated position
